Braxton 19th birthday

Today we celebrated 19 years of our sweet Braxton! πŸ’™

He decided to spend most of his birthday with his girlfriend, which of course is part of growing up, but we were blessed to have him home for dinner, football, and cheesecake. ❤️

I truly have no idea where these 19 years have gone. It feels like just yesterday I was holding my baby boy, and now I’m watching him become an amazing young man.

I am beyond grateful to be his mom and so thankful that I get to continue watching him grow, learn, and find his way in this world.

We love you so much, Braxton! Happy 19th birthday! We hope this next year brings you so much happiness, growth, and amazing memories. ❤️πŸŽ‚πŸˆ

Happy Birthday, buddy! We love you!

Lunch Dates before school starts

Before school started, I took each of the kids out to lunch for some one-on-one time with Mom. ❤️

I really treasure these little dates with each of them. With everyone growing up, getting older, and having their own schedules and things going on, it’s so nice to slow down and have some time together—just me and them.

Nothing fancy, just lunch, talking, laughing, and getting a little glimpse into what’s going on in their world. πŸ₯°

These are the little moments I know I’ll look back on and miss someday. ❤️

I’m so grateful I get to be their mom. πŸ₯ΉπŸ’•

Back to school 2026/2027

 πŸŽ’πŸ“š **Back to School 2026–2027** πŸ“šπŸŽ’

Braxton- Freshman college

Myleigh — 9th grade ❤️

Kayla — 8th grade ❤️

Paetyn — 1st grade ❤️

Braxton has officially started **college**… although apparently he’s too grown up for a back-to-school picture. πŸ˜‚ Don't worry, I WILL get one! Bwahahaha! πŸ“ΈπŸ˜‚

I love taking these pictures every year, but if I’m being completely honest, there’s always a little ache behind the smile.

It’s hard to post back-to-school pictures without Kenzie in the mix. She should be here. She should be standing beside her brothers and sisters, rolling her eyes at Mom making everyone take pictures, and starting another school year with us.

Six years later, there are still so many moments where the joy and the missing happen at the exact same time. πŸ’”❤️

So while I may only have pictures of three of my kids today (and one college kid who is going to get his picture whether he likes it or not πŸ˜‚), in my heart there are **four**.

Kenzie will always be part of our family, part of our milestones, and part of every “back to school” picture—even when she isn't in the frame. 🩡

I’m so incredibly proud of all my kids and the different paths they are taking. I love watching them grow, learn, and become the people they are meant to be.

**Back to school, kids. Make this year a good one. And Kenzie, I know you're still cheering them on. 🩡**

Myleigh's Disney trip Aug 31-sept 4th

✨🏰 Disneyland with one of her besties! 🏰✨

Myleigh had the opportunity to go to Disneyland with one of her best friends, Khoda, and she had SO much fun! πŸ₯°

She absolutely loved every minute of it—the rides, the Disney magic, the food, the memories, and most of all getting to experience it all with her bestie. ❤️

I’m so happy she got to have this special trip and make memories that she’ll remember for a long time. πŸ₯Ή✨

Thank you to everyone who made this trip so special for her! πŸ’•πŸ°πŸŽ ✨
