School 2023/2024

Yet another school year has drawn to a close, offering us a chance to reflect on the remarkable progress our children make.

Kenzie would have graduated this year, leaving us with a sense of longing for what could have been. However, we find comfort in celebrating the enduring legacy she left behind and the countless ways she continues to inspire us. We will always cherish Kenzie's love and be proud of her many accomplishments.

Braxton had such an amazing year. He attended both Mountain Heights Academy and Paradigm. He took some college classes, got on the Honor roll each quarter, made it on the basketball team at Paradigm, so he had to take 2 classes there to play and finally got his driver's license. It has been such a blessing and so fun to watch him learn and grow even on those days where I have had to kick his butt to get his school done but he has always proven me wrong and has succeeded in school. I hope he continues to want to learn and grow and do something he loves.

Myleigh has had a fun year and attended her last year at Canyon Grove Academy hybrid. I can't believe she will be in 7th grade next year. Myleigh has struggled with reading for quite some time, and this year, she has improved and is continuing to get better at reading. She is doing amazing in math and loves science. She had fun on her discover days where they went on field trips every Tuesday. Teaching Myleigh has definitely had its struggles and wins she is so strong headed but also, at times, can be so motivated to get her work done. Watch out for Myleigh she is going to go places she is so stubborn but yet so tender at times.

Makayla has come so far in math and reading and has enjoyed 5th grade at Canyon Grove Academy. This was her last time at Canyon Grove with Myleigh, and I am excited to see Kayla flourish without Myleigh by her side 24/7 they have been inseparable since they were born. Kayla loved Discovery Day and all the field trips, she is excited to be able to do it next year. Kayla is so fun-loving but also getting that edge, lol. We are excited to see Kayla continue to learn and grow next year.

Paetyn has become quit the sass machine, but it's been fun watching her learn her letters, write her name, and grow. She has one more year of preschool. Time needs to slow down, but it's been a joy to watch our kids learn and grow.

Here is to summer. The kids need it and so does this mama, 😆
