Well we are expecting again. I was in shock, Tyler was in shock but we are excited. We found out on November 17th, it was very hard to keep it a secret we didn't tell any one until Christmas/new years, except I had to tell Jerica that day . I wanted to wait until everything look good. We announced to our kids on Christmas, we each had them open one gift that contained a baby item and the last one was a onsie with a note on it saying Arriving August 2013. It so happened that Jay and Tanner were here so they got to find out the same day. Every one was excited about it. Jay cried. I also announced it to my family on Christmas day because my sister and brother were there so I thought it would be a good time since it isn't very often that we are all together. I did it the same way and my mom had the onsie and the reaction that came out of my dad's mouth was priceless. He said to my mom "is it you" I'm not sure if he was serious or not but it sure got a laugh.
This pregnancy has been a roller coaster on Jan 9 I started bleeding like clots I for sure thought I had a miscarriage. I yelled for Tyler to come in and he said 'that is a lot of blood". The next day my left side was hurting so I called and they wanted me to come in for an ultra sound to make sure it wasn't an ectopic pregnancy. I was so nervous about going to the Dr's because I didn't want to hear the results. I got there and it was such a relief that the baby was in my uterus and had a heart beat.
My next appt was on Jan 29th I was still a little nervous about going in because I was still spotting a little. The nurse came in and got me. I weigh 98 lbs. ( I lost a lot of weight when my sister Melissa past away last august and haven't gained it back I guess). The nurse then took me to the room told me to put the gown on and the Dr. will be in as soon as she can. I got undressed and all of the sudden I felt wet on my leg, I looked down and there was blood on my leg and on the floor I hurried and got dressed and went to the restroom and once again I was bleeding a lot and then all of a sudden I felt something coming out I for sure thought this time I had lost the baby it was flesh like and almost as big as a dollar. I got done went and told the nurse she went and looked and got the Dr. They immediately took me to the ultra sound room. The Dr then took an ultra sound and there was the baby with a strong heart beat. The Dr. said I had a little hemorrhage. I was so happy that I was able to see that the baby was ok. I was then put on bed rest until it stopped bleeding for a week. Thankfully my mom was able to drop everything and come stay with me while I was stuck on the couch for 2 weeks, while Tyler was at work. She was such a big help and I appreciate everything she did for me. Thanks Mom!
My next apt was Feb 13th and again I was nervous, this pregnancy has been different from Myleigh's. I got so sick with her that I had to eat every two hours and I haven't really been sick with this one. So when I get nausea I get a sigh of relief because this pregnancy has been so scary for me. This time I am weighing in at 102 lbs and Tyler and I was able to hear the babies heart beat. I love the sound of the heart beat.
I am now 13 weeks and so happy I am passed the first trimester. I hope the rest of the pregnancy goes well and we have a happy healthy baby.
